Jason is an accredited practising Occupational therapist and Monash University graduate. He was drawn to occupational therapy as he likes helping people do the things that matter most to them. Whether it’s getting dressed, returning to a hobby, or moving safely around the home, he is motivated by the impact that small changes can have in empowering clients and their families.
He has a strong passion for working with older adults in the community, with a particular focus on home modifications and assistive equipment to support safety and independence. Jason’s approach is person-centred: he keeps things simple, listens actively, and involves clients in decision-making. He takes the time to explain each step clearly and checks in regularly to ensure his clients feel comfortable and supported.
Outside of work, Jason enjoys fixing up his project cars, going on road trips, and playing guitar. In addition to English, he also speaks Cantonese and Mandarin.
