Mark & Sylvie's Home Care can deliver a range of services, depending on your need. All our staff are dedicated and caring, no matter if they are in the kitchen helping make dinner or in the garden doing the mowing.
What makes our approach special?
Whilst on the job, our staff are readily able to communicate messages back with members of the medical team including the GP and specialist team. This is of great advantage because it means that you or your loved one can get medical assistance, at home, more readily with your home carer able to act as an advocate for any medical needs. The result is that we are able to identify and see any medical issues through, resolving them to completion in a timely, more effective manner. We value "closing the loops" this way.
The broader outcome of this, is that all our home care workers, whether they be skilled medically or not, take a deep interest in the overall health and wellbeing of every client, beyond the specific role they present to perform. They are empowered. They keep their eyes and ears are open and are willing to listen, helping you or your loved one be safe and secure at all times.
